Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Hexa’s Zindabazar, we are committed to providing the highest quality education through our IELTS Premium, GT, and HICU programs. To maintain our standard of personalized care and resource allocation, we have established a clear refund policy.
2. Admission & Enrollment Fees
Admission Fee: The initial admission or enrollment fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances as it covers administrative processing and seat reservation.
Seat Allocation: Since we maintain small batch sizes for intensive care, once a seat is blocked, it cannot be transferred or refunded after the course start date.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Before Course Commencement: If a student requests a refund at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the course, a partial refund (excluding admission fees) may be processed.
Medical Emergencies: In cases of documented medical emergencies, Hexa’s Zindabazar may offer a 'Course Freeze' or credit for future batches instead of a cash refund.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Course Commencement: Once the first class or orientation session has started, no refunds will be issued.
Material Access: If the student has already received proprietary learning materials, books, or access to the HICU digital portal, the course becomes ineligible for a refund.
Misconduct: Termination of enrollment due to a breach of our Code of Conduct results in an immediate forfeiture of all fees paid.
5. Refund Process
Application: Students must submit a written refund request in person at our Zindabazar office.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days via the original payment method or institutional check.
Documentation: Original payment receipts and admission forms must be presented at the time of request.
6. External Exam Fees
British Council/IDP: Any fees collected for official IELTS exam registrations are subject to the refund policies of the respective testing bodies. Hexa’s Zindabazar acts only as a facilitator and cannot override their terms.
